How do I see if I qualify?
Qualification is quick and simple through our 2 minute survey above. The survey assesses whether you are at high risk of becoming diabetic which can lead to many other serious illnesses. A score of 5 or more is needed to qualify. If you score 5 or higher, you will be automatically added to the program.
This sounds too good to be true. What is the catch?
There is no catch. Because of the substantial annual cost of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and related illnesses to the government, the government has chosen to take a proactive approach toward addressing these diseases. Their findings point to this program as being a safe, viable option to permanently reverse these diseases and illnesses in the majority of individuals who participate in the program. The government allocates an annual budget to be used toward these grants and makes the funding available to give you unrestricted access to complete the course for up to one entire year.
What is the course like?
The course is 100% online and includes a series of videos, quizzes and workbooks, which you may print and are yours to keep. You are also able to download our mobile app, which tracks your daily activity, food intake, and gives you private one-on-one access to chat with your own personal health coach. You may take the course at anytime and anywhere that you have WiFi. Whether you want to enjoy watching the inspirational videos from the privacy and comfort of your own home, or on-the-go, the course goes with you to support your schedule and your lifestyle.
What commitment is there from me?
The only thing we ask is if you qualify, you at least login and take the first session within the first 3 days of being accepted. If after the 1st session you are not convinced that this program is for you, then we certainly understand. We kindly ask that you let us know if you would like to be removed, so we can open up your position to someone else who will benefit from it.
When will I begin to see results?
Results vary between individuals, but normally most individuals begin to see physical and mental benefits within the first week. 100% of our participants who commit 30-40 minutes per week to the videos and toward the daily application of these principles see results. On average, our participants lose 10-20 pounds in the first 6 weeks, although some do lose significantly more. To see the best transformational results, it is highly recommended that you stay with us for the first 6 weeks.
Is there any cost for me?
No. There is absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. The CDC’s government grant fully pays for your access to the course.
I qualified for the program. How do I start?
Getting started is easy. If you score 5 or higher, you will receive an automated email from our system with your login credentials. Simply click the link in the email and login with the credentials provided. Once you are logged in, you will be provided with a number of helpful resources to helping you get started and supporting you through your journey. You will also be invited to a private, weekly on-boarding group which takes place weekly with our head coach, Maurice Saliba, who will be answering any questions and helping you get started.
What if I scored below 5 on the survey, and my fasting glucose and A1C numbers do not qualify me, can I still participate?

I did not qualify for the program, is there anyway I can still participate?
Definitely! If you did not score 5 or higher on the survey above, but you still think you are risk of diabetes, all you have to do is email our support team your fasting glucose numbers or your A1C numbers. We do NOT need a copy of your bloodwork. We only need you to provide us with your first and last name, your best email, and your A1C numbers or fasting glucose numbers. If your A1C is between — and — or your fasting glucose is between — and — you will be accepted into the program.
Do I really have my own health coach?
Yes! Once you are accepted into the program, you will receive a link to download the mobile app. You will be connected with your own personal health coach who will be assisting and supporting you on a weekly basis throughout the program.
