Hope 80/20 was the first online provider to receive full recognition and we have maintained full recognition for 8+ years now. Full recognized means we reach the CDC's higest, most stringent requirements for the program showing that those who commit themselves to our online system will see benefits and results.

  • The Online Diabetes Prevention Program is a digital platform that helps individuals at risk of developing type 2 diabetes make lifestyle changes and prevent the disease.

  • Anyone who has been diagnosed with prediabetes or is at risk of developing type 2 diabetes can benefit from the program. It is also suitable for those who want to make lifestyle changes to improve their overall health.

  • The program involves a combination of bite-sized weekly videos, online coaching, educational resources, and community support. Participants will receive guidance on healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, and other lifestyle habits that can help prevent diabetes, lose weight, and improve their overall health.

  • The standard program lasts for one year. However, in our Power Path 180 Day Challenge, we provide all the coaching, content, and resources for you to receive the program in 6-months rather than 1 year. The choice is yours whether you take the one-year program or the 180-day progrma. Throughout the programs during you will have access to ongoing support and resources to help you stay on track.

  • Yes! You can.

  • Yes, the standard Diabetes Prevention Program does last 365 days. We do offer the entire 365 day program. We give you the choice when you are enrolling if you would like to accelerate your results by condensing the same program into 180 days. The weekly commitment is still exactly the same as the one-year program.

  • Hope 80/20 prioritizes convenience for you. To do this we use recorded options. Our core curriculum is professionally recorded and is available to you on-demand 24/7 whenever it meets you schedule. Our group coaching webinars are live and allow you to engage with the lead health coach. If you are unable to attend live, we make the recordings available to you 1-2 business days after the webinar.

  • No. Classes all center around your schedule. Each week a new video module unlocks for you. You will receive a notification and can watch that video whenever it meets your needs.

  • The 26 session videos course is the core of what to focus on. These consist of 5-15 minute video sessions each week. All of our other services are supplemental and center around the 26-session video course. Hope 80/20 prioritizes meeting you where you are at. We all have unique styles in how we engage with others and learn. This is why we offer such a wide variety of supplemental services, so that you can choose the style that works best for you.

  • A base commitment would be 5-15 minutes per week for you to consume the weekly course videos. Although if you choose to engage with your coach, track your food intake and activity, and join us on our group coaching webinars, you might find yourself investing 1-3 hours per week. Although, keep in mind that recipes and strategies that we share for meal planning can actually save you time in the kitchen.

  • No. We have found participants who simply focus on the 26-session course can be successful, but lifestyle change can be difficult. This is why we offer our supplemental services. We recommend choosing one to two additional services that resonates with you to support you along your health journey with us. But if you really want to maximize your results and want to immerse yourself in all we have to offer, then this is great, but not required.
