Awarded the CDC’s Stamp of Approval for Proven Results

The Hope 80/20 is based on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC's) National Diabetes Prevention Program.  The National Diabetes Prevention Program is one of the most research-based wellness programs in the world.

The Hope 80/20 virtual program has shown to deliver measurable, risk reduction outcomes. Members who participate in the Hope 80/20 program are proven to see a minimum of 5-7% weight loss, a 0.2% reduction in HbA1C, or both. Many participants do also far surpass the 5-7% weight loss, reaching 20-30% or more.
